This pie simply delicious!! I did not change a thing and prepared it as written and everyone loves it. I didn't know that making a pecan pie was so easy, so I will definitely be making it again.

This is a tried and true recipe. I don't use any other carrot cake recipe since coming across this one. I have made it with and without the pecans and it always comes out a hit. If you like carrot cake, this is the best!!

This recipe was a huge hit. My first bite was like I'm in heaven!! I will NEVER buy another store brought cheese danish again. This was simple and tasted heavenly. Also, I actually scaled down to a 8X8 pan with the extra cream cheese and used 1 can of crescent rolls instead of 2. In the future, I will only use 1 package of cream cheese for the original recipe.
