I worked in Kitchens from the bottom up since I was 13 years old. My Miltary career started as a cook, but i spent most of my career as a musician often cooking after dutu hours when not playing in Dance Bands or Combos. Iserved as an Air Force and Army Musician and as a cook in the Ore NG and the Merchant Marine.
My favorite things to cook
I have learned to cook styles of Philippines, Korea, China and Peru. Plus Tex-Mex.
