Satiny Chocolate Glaze
Very easy and good. I also used the microwave.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake
Yumm! Now thats a good cake. Will make for may years to come. I used Satiny Chocolate Glaze to frost and sprinkled a few chopped pecans on top.

Eclairs II
Yumm! These are fun to make. I just used a spoon to place the dough on the baking sheet. I tried the frosting recipe from suz review on 4 of them and it did not work out at all for me. I ended up making my own boiled chocolate frosting/glaze and wow what a difference. I used vanilla pudding and cool whip for the filling since that is what I had on hand. They are so pretty, check out my picture. I am going to make them to take to work for a birthday celebration this week.
