Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs

Very tasty! I used regular chicken thighs instead and I cooked for 30 mins on 350, basted the chicken and cooked for another 20 mins. It had a wonderful golden color. I served it with chicken fried rice & steamed broccoli. I will make this again!

Turkey in a Smoker

The best Thanksgiving turkey! We brined the turkey for 24 hrs (Alton Brown brine). We bought a 12 lb free range turkey and it took only 5 hrs to smoke and fall off the bone!!

Sweet Potato Pie I

I personally don't like sweet potato pie, but I was told it was awesome! I did change a few things, I poked wholes in the crust and baked it before filling. I also used canned milk, baked the sweet potatoes until soft and added 1/4 cup brown sugar. Also, this was enough for 2 pies.

Famous Chicken Adobo

I've had this recipe saved for over a year and just made it last night. I loved it! I used chicken thighs and lightley seasoned them with pepper & garlic salt before browning them. I also seasoned the liquid mixtured with a little salt & garlic salt. I served it with brown rice and spinach...YUM!

Mom's Coleslaw

Who new coleslaw was this easy and this delicious?!! I can't count how many times I have whipped this up since I found this recipe. I buy the coleslaw bag (cabbage & carrots) at the store.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Yum!! I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. I seasoned the turkey while cooking. I also used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. We had my mom over and she stuffed herself!
