Famous Chicken Adobo
I've had this recipe saved for over a year and just made it last night. I loved it! I used chicken thighs and lightley seasoned them with pepper & garlic salt before browning them. I also seasoned the liquid mixtured with a little salt & garlic salt. I served it with brown rice and spinach...YUM!

Blueberry French Toast
It was a lot of work, but well worth it! I had it with turkey sausage.

Mom's Coleslaw
Who new coleslaw was this easy and this delicious?!! I can't count how many times I have whipped this up since I found this recipe. I buy the coleslaw bag (cabbage & carrots) at the store.
