My cooking triumphs
I finally made potato salad that tastes like my Moms. While I got her recipe I just couldn't get it to taste like hers. With much experimentation I got it right. Oddly, it has different ingredients but it tastes the same.

Spinach Quiche
Easy to make. I love the fact that there is no crust. This recipe is wonderful just as it is.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
Great rolls! Nice and soft with just the right amount of sweetness. I usually use 1/2 of the recipe for dinner rolls and the other 1/2 for sweet rolls. That way we don't have too much of either one left over. I have made this recipe several times. My family demands that I use this recipe.
