Mulligatawny Soup I
I was really looking for something different and good and this is it! I doubled the curry (pretty spicy, but that works for our fam) and doubled the apples. I used no-chicken chicken broth and didn't add the cream at the end. It came out GREAT!! Even my 8-year old, picky eater, asked for seconds. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was a super easy, super delicious and healthy recipe, definitely a keeper. I didn't use the butter, instead just a generous splash of evoo, also didn't have celery seeds so used celery salt (no extra salt added) and fennel seeds, also I used a milk substitute and it came out perfectly creamy. A filling and satisfying dinner for the whole fam!

Marrakesh Vegetable Curry
GREAT!!! I made this for myself and my Moroccan in-laws and it was absolutely true to the original. I didn't have carrots or orange juice. But I substituted the OJ for a few generous splashes of lemon juice. I served over couscous. This is going to be a definite repeat.
