I love trying new things. Since Fargo can get quite cold in the winter, a nice warm, home-cooked, comfort meal is always a request.

Cheddar and Olive Balls

time consuming so I chopped the olives, mixed in the batter then made it into round cookie shaped rounds....all the flavor, alot less time!

Beer Cheese Soup III

wonderful, except substituted two cups chicken broth for two cups water and eliminated the bouillon...worked wonderfully!

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One

I, too, did not want to deep fry, so I cooked in a skillet with a little bit of butter and it turned out wonderfully
