Swanson(R) Roasted Chicken with Caramelized Onions Soup
Very good soup! The caramalized onions make all the difference. I did cook the onions first in the stock pot I cooked the rest of the soup to get all the onion flavor and added a bit of poultry seasoning. I used 1/2 regular chicken broth and 1/2 low sodium broth. Very good simple yummy soup.

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
Recipe was easy and very good. A little to much mayo for my taste. I would recommend adding the mayo slowly until it's at the right consistancy. I tried the scallions and diced them, since I'm partial to relish, but I thought it tasted good so far.

Chocolate Snowdrops
These were very yummy. The only complaint that I may have is that they weren't as chewy as I would've liked them to be. I was hoping for a more brownie like consistancy, but mine came out more cake like. Maybe next time I would opt for a brownie mix instead of a cake mix.
