Spinach Pomegranate Salad
I made this superb salad to accompany a lamb/date tagine, which had a red onion & pomegranate relish on the side *(salad continued with the pomegranate theme!). Let me tell you, everyone loved it, including me (this, from a person who turned her nose up at spinach!). Thank you for posting.?

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These were the nicest sugar cookies I've ever made. The dough was easy to work with and the cookies came out soft and buttery. I decorated them with royal icing, they looked great. :)

Mom's Sweet Potato Bake
This is easy and very delicious. Note: I cut the sugar down 1/3 cup to suit my taste. Thanks for this recipe - it's a keeper!
