Rich Chocolate Cheesecake
This cheesecake was excellent. The coffee really brought out the chocolate flavor. Definitely rich, it is wonderful a spoonful at a time, here and there. Mine was not beautiful, however. It was cracked but I had expected that in my very first cheesecake. I did make exactly as directed but left out the almonds. Not a big nut fan. Thanks for the recipe. It's a keeper!

Delicious Chicken Casserole
When I had my 2nd child, a woman from my church brought me a casserole very similar to this. My husband begged me to get the recipe but she kept forgetting. I found this recipe and believe it is just about the same thing. I skip the broth step as I usually don't keep celery around. I also use one can cream of chicken and one can cream of celery. I like more rice than indicated in the original recipe, I use 3 cups cooked rice (1 cup uncooked long grain).I sometimes add finely diced onions. It is great comfort food either way. Tastes great served with a slightly sweet dinner roll.

Banana Pudding IV
Made for a church luncheon and it was very well received. It was very good for a no-cook recipe. The cream cheese made it velvety smooth. I made no changes to the recipe.
