This was such an easy recipe to follow, and it turned out GREAT. I had a little trouble with the mixture sticking together, but I made sure to freeze the patties for a bit before I grilled them. I also substituted ground flax meal for one of the eggs. I froze them in mini aluminum pie pans and next time I think I'll try baking them in one in order to preserve the shape. Such a delicious recipe, and much cheaper than buying veggie burgers. Two thumbs WAY up.
