I work full time and have a second (unpaid) job in community theater. It keeps me very busy and I love recipes and are quick, easy and delicious. I love to bake on the weekends and whenever a get together is on the horizon. My first Thanksgiving dinner: Everything was going great, my timeline was working as planned. Then, the turkey didn't seem to be cooking fast enough. I kept checking the temperature and it didn't seem to be getting any warmer. I thought the oven seemed a little less than hot, but my fiance said it was 375 degrees (that's what the knob said). Well, my mom came to check on it and said "You oven isn't on." For whatever reason my oven shut-off in the middle of cooking the turkey. It took about an extra hour and a half to cook, but it all turned out ok in the end. Next year, I'll be sure the oven is actually on!!
