I would give this recipe five stars for the fish, which was wonderful, but the seasoning for the sauce was a bit off, I would cut out the capers and dill next time.

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

Wonderful recipe. The only issue I had with the recipe as written is the glaze needs to be reduced after the chicken is done. I took out the chicken and brought the sauce back up to a boil for about 4-5 minutes until it was a true glaze, then simply spooned it over the chicken.

Excellent recipe. I loved that you can make it ahead of time and freeze. I couldn't find shredded swiss and ended up using Montery Jack instead and everyone at brunch loved it.

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

YUM! I loved these muffins! I didn't bother with the streusel topping and I cut the sugar to 1 cup (plenty sweet enough). The apples were a nice touch. Wonderful.

Excellent recipe - easy to make and quite tasty. The only thing I didn't like was that after a couple of days marinating the sweetness really intensifies, overwhelming all the other flavors. Next time I'll try with less sugar.

Quick delicious and healthy recipe. I made it even healthier by omitting the oil (I sautéed the chicken in a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam) and serving over brown rice instead of white. This one’s a definite keeper!

Swedish Meatballs I

Really good recipe. I used bread crumbs instead of the cream of wheat since I was using ground turkey and didn't want the texture too "weird", and they came out fine. The sauce is really wonderful. I ended up using two cans non-condensed cream of mushroom soup, and the consistency was a litte bit wet. Next time I'll try with one condensed and one non-condensed. This one's a keeper!

Cinnamon Bread I

A very good basic recipe. I especially like the fact that you can make it with stuff that's always on hand. I did make some modifications the second time I tried this, with very good results; as suggested by a lot of reviewers, I substituted dark brown sugar for the white in the topping. I also added 1 chopped granny smith apple, since the first time around this came out a bit dry, and I increased the cinnamon to 1 tablespoon, and added a teaspoon of allspice. It was way more moist and flavorful the second time around.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

I don't think I'll ever boil corn on the cob again, these were so fabulous. It was a pain to get all the silk out, but the husk is definitely key to getting the corn steamed properly. Thanks for a great recipe Sue.
