Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
OH...MY...GOD!
I had two filets of 1lb each for two guys. My intention was to eat half and bring the other half to work with me. Hah! I wound up eating the entire filet. This coating is the best. I like Salmon but this made it even better. Make some extra of the pecan, bread crumb, parsley mix and save it in your Tupperware for later.
