OH...MY...GOD! I had two filets of 1lb each for two guys. My intention was to eat half and bring the other half to work with me. Hah! I wound up eating the entire filet. This coating is the best. I like Salmon but this made it even better. Make some extra of the pecan, bread crumb, parsley mix and save it in your Tupperware for later.

I really liked the flavor of these cookies. The anise seed and cinnamon area nice combination. Since I didn't have a trefoil cookie cutter, I used a cookie press with three holes. Worked very well and was very quick.

Sorry, but I was expecting a more flavorful cookie. It really didn't impress me. Now, maybe adding anise seeds to it will really give it an international Middle Eastern flavor.
