Delicious Beef Tongue Tacos
Hi, Cooked as per recipe. No problems and the skin peeled off easily. Overall, both myself and “she who must be obeyed”, thoroughly enjoyed it. However, both of us thought the tongue itself was a bit bland. A bit like boiled beef with a touch of garlic. However, the salsa was as spicy and full of flavour as I thought it would be. A real bonus which really livened up the meat. As a pair, they go excellently together. If I do again, I probably will add something to the meat broth and, more because I tend to tweek and experiment, try something like lime or lemon and cilantro, maybe even a touch of fresh ginger with the salsa. The salsa is a big save for future use. At minimum, a four star recipe. Cheers.

Cold Spaghetti
Hi, tomato pesto by any other name. Made as per recipe. I ate with hot freshly cooked pasta as I would normally with green pesto. Not bad at all, especially when parmesan added to taste. I like strong. When blended, good flavour balance between, tomatoes ,garlic (just on edge of too much) and basil (I love basil and tomatoes). !/2 tsp Sugar for me hardly ncessary. For my first recipe group review, I picked a winner. cheers

Spicy Pork Chops with Herbed Roasted New Potatoes
Hi, as the submitter, the original purpose of this review was not the rating but the fact that the recipe had been changed. However, it has now been re-amended re potatoes. I hope you enjoy. Buen Provecho.
