One dish meals, cook once-eat twice, freezer cooking, and family favorite casseroles. My Grandmother's rolls are a holiday tradition. The recipe is from her college sorority's cookbook published in the early 30's. I have learned to fry eggs like an expert for my dear husband who wants them EVERY morning. I also make a mean & quick omelet. I have also managed to learn to cook quite frugally. Failing to plan ahead is my biggest pitfall. I MUST have a menu for the week or I'm in deep yogurt!
