Venison Schnitzel

This recipe was similar to the city chicken my mother used to serve when I was a kid. Definitely recommend using the tenderloin cut of venison for tenderness. Was quite tasty with very little game taste.

Mexican Style Cornbread

Adding a little bit of sugar would sweaten things up some.

Fish Chowder

Boy was this some good eaten! I used crappie in the recipe and added approximately 1 teaspoon of the Old Bay seasoning. The increased amount of season made it taste like it came from Lousiana!
