Cranberry Upside-Down Sour Cream Cake

This was good but not spectacular- will try something else that uses cranberries before I make it again.

Vietnamese Golden Chicken Wings

too slimy for my taste and I don't like the smell of fish sauce in the house- would only put up with it when making pad thai.
