Easy Bacon, Onion and Cheese Stuffed Burgers

Snickerdoodles I
These have been my favorite type of cookie for ages and I have never made them until today! My 7 year old son wanted to make chocolate chip but we didn't have any chips, so we made these instead and boy are they delicious :)

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
Super easy and very tasty! I used 3T of the chili powder as I do not like too much spice and it was perfect.
