Three-Cheese Jumbo Shells

This is excellent. We loved the sauce but I will add salt the next time I make it. Easy and really not that time consuming. It would be a nice dish for a dinner party.

Navy Bean Soup

These are great, easy to make. I would definitely recommend "fancy" water chestnuts tho'. One can I had wasn't, and had bacon left over. Also agree with the reviewer who said she used a lesser amt. of chili sauce. The first batch of sauce I made was with hot chili sauce (Asian) and was dynamite. It's a keeper tho! Thanks for the recipe

Baked Ziti with Sausage

This is so delicious. It makes a large quantity, so I used two 8" pans and froze one for later. My husband loved it and said to "make it any time"! Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

This is by far the best tomato sauce! The Italian sausage mixture gives it a robust flavor. It's delicious used over spaghetti too. It's a keeper!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

I enjoyed this dish even though I don't particularly care for any kind of seafood. It was very easy to prepare and did have a nice flavor. My husband who is a fish/seafood lover thought it was very good. I'll probably make it again.

Green Bean Salad

This is a delicious salad and lovely to look at as well! I used frozen veggies also and added chopped onion. It keeps several days in the refrigerator and in fact tastes even better the longer it marinates. I'll definitely make it again.

Baked Beans III

Definitely not low calorie, but this is a fabulous dish. I added chopped onion and a heaping tsp. of dry mustard. Everyone at the picnic raved about the flavor and I had several requests for the recipe. Thanks for sharing.
