Pizza Dough I
Wonderful!!! This dough was just as good (but different)than my bread machine dough and it takes much less time!! I made a few changes though. I put the yeast in the warm water for a few mintues. Then added the remaining ingredients along with some Italian seasoning and oregano. I let it rise in a warm oven (150 degrees) for 30 min. Then I spread the dough out and baked it for about 15 min at 350 degrees. Then I added the toppings and cooked until cheese was melted. Great tasting and wonderful "pillowy" texture!!

Wild Rice Casserole I
Love it!! I absolutely love this dish. Yummo!! Add in ideas I've tried is cubed ham or pork sausage. I like salt but I can see how some would not like this dish because of the salt content. A way to reduce salt would be to use sodium free chicken broth and reduced sodium cream of chicken soup.

Cappuccino Brownies
These were perfectly awful!! I halved the recipe so maybe that's why it did not turn out. They were dry and crumbly. All I could tast was sugar. I even added an extra tablespoon of instant coffee and still was unable to taste it. I was very disappointed.
