I'm a Realtor in Central Florida which gives me a flexible schedule so I can create many of the wonderful dishes I read about. My husband, also a Realtor, and I have lived in Homosassa, FL (from NJ) for 2-1/2 years and we love it!!!
My favorite things to cook
Pasta dishes but anything else that sounds like it may be tasty and healthy. I do stay away from baking to avoid the extra calories so I can enjoy the pasta :)
