Sour Cream Pound Cake
Baked in a star-shaped layer pan for my husband's birthday - cooking time is about half. Start checking at about 30 minutes or when the FABULOUS AROMA fills your kitchen. Like many, I also added vanilla. Simple, superb, and my new favorite cake recipe!

Baked Corn II
I made this for Thanksgiving - I was looking for a corn side dish that wasn't completely loaded with sugar or cheese and this was perfect - and easy! I used evaporated milk because I drink 2% and was afraid that would create the problem with setting that others had. It worked great!

Zesty Chicken Meatloaf
It was a little dense, but okay. I guess I found the whole to be a little less than the sum of the parts: not as good as I anticipated.
