London Broil II
Was terrific, didn't change a thing except used the top round steak cut of meat. Came out very tender everyone loved it.

Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes
Didn't change a thing and it came out terrific! Husband literally said like 5 times. "man this is great" It was so easy too! I used a Pinot Grio for the white wine. Will definately be making again!

Quick Quiche
This was terrific and easy to make, I used whole wheat flour, no butter and cut back on the milk a little. Definately a favorite.
