Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
This is a brilliant idea. My husband and I made these last night with texas toast, aged cheddar smoked gouda, and some assorted scraps of diced leftover meat. They were fantastic. I cooked them at 400 degrees for 7 minutes on each side. I was afraid they would burn but they didn't. Each side was crisp and perfectly brown.

Apple Dumplings with Rich Cinnamon Sauce
This was a great recipe. You have to use your judgment on the size of the apples. Mine were too large to use a half so I cut them down a bit. Also I forgot to turn down the temperature from 425 and they got extra brown but they still tasted amazing.

Quinoa and Black Beans
This was pretty good. This was the first time I've ever made quinoa and I'll definitely make it again. Next time I'll add a little lime juice.
