I started this recipe not realizing the serving size-which meant I was short on supplies and had to improvise. So, I used peanut butter chips AND chocolate chips, vanilla pudding mix AND cheesecake pudding mix, and half butter half butter flavor shortening. You would think that I ruined the recipe and instead these cookies STILL turned out better than any cookie I have ever tried! I can't wait to try making them with the RIGHT ingredients!

VERY VERY good! Used cheddar instead of mozzarella because it was what we had on hand and it was still great.

I let the kids make this-using an egg slicer for most of the fruit and it comes out looking like art everytime. Simple, kid friendly, and tasty, what more could you ask for?
