All American Roast Beef
Easiest Roast Beef Recipe I've ever made. The seasoning is simple and allows the flavor of the beef shine through. My family loved it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I used to make a loaded baked potato soup. Since trying this, my family has requested that I replace that receipe with this one. Absolutely loved it. I used smoke ham shank for the meat and it gave the soup a great smoky quality.
