Strawberry, Kiwi, And Spinach Salad
A delicious blend of raspberries and strawberries. I used fresh frozen raspberries to make the raspberry vinigar and tossed a few into the salad.

Antipasto Pasta Salad
What a great quick meal. I can't wait to try this one a hot summer day. Spoon over fresh spinach and you'll have the ultimate meal.
