Wonderfully tasty and simple to put together. I cooked my chicken on my Geo Forman grill, so the cooking process was fast. I then cubed and sauteed the chicken quickly with a bit of chicken broth and the spices that are listed. I kept my chicken separate and added to each serving as I'm on WW and like the ability to know exactly how much chicken in each serving - for points calculation. This recipe will be made often in the cold months :)

I have to confess. I didn't have green peppercorns. I just used a lot of freshly ground black pepper. THE BEANS WERE AMAZING !! I used the leftovers in a stir-fry the next day. I can't wait to buy green peppercorns to see what the difference is!

This was DEEEELICIOUS. I added a can of green chiles (I like it spicy) too. I would suggest reheating in the microwave and then throwing it in the toaster oven on light to crisp it up. I will be making this again... often.
