Basic Margarita
Excellent margarita's, especially if you like lime. Quick and easy, just like in a restaurant.

Chicken Enchiladas II
Probably the best chicken enchilada recipe I have ever had, and very easy. I used chicken instead of mushroom soup and added more spices to mixure, and used half pepper jack cheese with half cheddar cheese. So good, and filling. Easy recipe to double of save one batch for later. Also makes delicious leftovers. Will definately make again soon.

Chicken and Dumplings III
So easy and wonderful. I have never made this before but always wanted to and found this recipe. Like some recommended, I used one cream of mushroom, and one chicken. I added chopped carrots, celery, and potatoes. Added salt, pepper, and garlic powder to chicken when boiling and also used two chicken breasts. Husband raved, it was excellent, must have for comfort food.
