Buttery Cooked Carrots
Very yummy recipe. My daughter who does not normally like carrots, ate all her carrots on her plate! Will def make again!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is the best soup. I was nervous about the soup about half way through making it. But once you add the milk mixture it all comes together perfectly. I've made it with chunks of potatoes & ham and then a small dice of potatoes & ham both ways are good. I always serve this with hot fresh breadsticks.

Cornbread Casserole
Not exactly what I thought it would be. I thought it was okay, my husband did not like it at all, but my daughter loved it.
