Really tasty stuff. I parboil a few potatoes, dice them and add them after the rest of the ingredients.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
Very good dish - I followed the recipe pretty closely. Next time I will use a touch less tomato and a bit more 'heat'. Not the easiest recipe in the world but well worth the effort.
