Made this recipe as is and it came out fine. They taste just like banana bread. They just came out of the oven and seem very cake-like in texture. I added 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chips. Will make this one again.

I needed something quick for dinner tonight to make with ground beef (all I had in the fridge). We haven't had it on rolls yet because it's still simmering in the pan but I've been sampling it for the past half hour and it tastes great! I had to change up the measurments for a serving of 6 and it didn't lose anything in the process. I have never had Sloppy Joe's before because I thought wouldn't like it. I am so happy I found something new to make! Will definitely make again.
