the recipe is worth trying. I thought the beef tasted like sweet and sour pork. I served mine over rice and spooned some sauce over the top. on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this one a 7,,,,, enjoy ;-)

Easy Chicken Curry

I gave it a three because of having to add to the dish. The chicken stock and carrots, plus red pepper flakes and more curry powder (to your liking). I served it over Jasmine rice, my veggie was steamed cauliflower this goes very well with this dish and rotis :-)

Antipasto Pasta Salad

this was even better on the fourth day. That might sound weird but I made alot and was eating it for you guessed it 4 days. the flavors really need to blend on this one.

Sherry Wine Sauce Chicken

this was a tasty recipe, I added a few things fresh mushrooms and sweet onions and a little fresh garlic. I sauted the three adding a little color to the dish. enjoy :-)

Breaded Chicken Fingers

now this is a great recipe for chicken, if you like it hot add alittle crushed red pepper. I made spicy chicken sandwhiches with fresh tomatoes. The strips would be good in a wrap with ranch and shredded lettuce endless possibility's with this one.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

this is a great tasting dish, I changed the jack cheese to queso fresco real mexican cheese on the inside and kraft mexican cheese on top. Try it you will like it!
