I didnt even know how to cut up a chicken, so my husband took pitty on me and bought me a cookbook Betty Crocker of course, I have been cooking now for 33 yrs and its my passion I love trying new recipes, allrecipes is the perfect place for cooks to find new ideas.

Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs
the recipe is worth trying. I thought the beef tasted like sweet and sour pork. I served mine over rice and spooned some sauce over the top. on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this one a 7,,,,, enjoy ;-)

Easy Chicken Curry
I gave it a three because of having to add to the dish. The chicken stock and carrots, plus red pepper flakes and more curry powder (to your liking). I served it over Jasmine rice, my veggie was steamed cauliflower this goes very well with this dish and rotis :-)
