Vanilla Ice Cream VIII
I use this recipe all the time- adding different flavors and mix-ins.... tonight it's peppermint with chocolate chips!

French Toast Casserole
This was an easy alternative to the traditional egg and sausage breakfast casserole. I found this recipe when I was looking for a way to use a stale baguette loaf. Hungry teenagers devoured the whole casserole this morning at church-

Most Excellent Breakfast Casserole
This was def. not the most beautiful casserole, but it was yummy! I changed a few things though to save a grocery trip- left out the onions and put one layer of ham and one layer of bacon. Hungry teenagers devoured it in 5 minutes at church this morning!
