Excellent recipe. It is the first time I have made applesauce and I am very impressed. The texture is great and the flavor is wonderful. I wasn't sure about the cloves so only used a bit, but after it was simmering for a while found I could add the full amount of cloves and it was very tasty. I have printed it off and it will be my one to use every year. Thank you

I followed this recipe to the letter. They taste very very good. My query is, I use a small ice cream scoop for all my cookies and this time the cookie did not flatten. Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do in the future to prevent this. EXCELLENT recipe all the same. Grandkids liked them still in a ball state, they said they were easy to pop in their mouths.

Truly delicious. I am also going to try this with other frozen fruits. Just wondering though if anyone has tried to freeze this recipe.
