Aargau Carrot Cake

I find this the best carrot cake I have eaten. I love it and so did my family members. I did not use the frosting and it still tasted great. I will try to reduce the sugar a little the next time round too and line a piece of wax paper at the bottom.

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake

This cake is fabulous! I baked it for my mom's birthday party with lesser sugar and it turned out great. I topped it with marbled dark, milk and white chocolate with almond flakes on the side. It disappeared in a flash!
