Rhubarb Crumble Pie
I ended up making quite a few changes to this recipe because it seemed too dry and too plain. I put nutmeg and cinnamon into the crumble as well as using brown sugar. I also used firm butter for the crumble. It was very good this way.

Mrs. Fields Sugar Cookies
Delicious sugar cookies! Worked really well for cut outs. They were just soft enough but still hard enough.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna
Very easy and very good. A simple lasagna to make for the family. You can use this recipe as a base and add lots to it to make it more interesting too. But it's good as is also.
