Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
Wonderful recipe. Wonderful flavor. I cooked 5 squash and froze then. Will use some for squash soup and some for side dishes. Really love the garlic flavor. Forgot to put in the parmesan, but it is great without it. Hope to remember to add some when I reheat it.

Sweet Potato Minestrone
Loved this. Did add lentils to it per another review. Quick and easy to make. Am going to try freezing some of the leftovers for a quick meal. Also used chiken broth because that is what I had on hand.

Left-Over Turkey Pot Pie
I ended having to make this in 2 stages. In reheating the onion, mushroom, butter they did brown. Not sure if that made the flavor we didn't like. I will try this again to see. It is a easy way to use left overs. I hope to be able to freeze a few of these for easy meals.
