I am a single male who has been cooking since my teens. My mother and her side of the fmaily are full blood Italians and this is were I developed my intrest in cooking. Watching my mother, grandmother and all the aunts cook.Other than cooking I really am into martial arts, music (jazz and new age), and of course sports. Growing up in an Italian family I come to love Italian foods but since I have started studying martial arts and the Eastern way of living I really love to cook Asian cuisine. However I don't limit myself to just these two styles, I am very adventerous and love to try new styles and foods My main tragedy (and there have been a few) is anything to do with baking....I just cant seem to do it right but oh well half the fun is trying
