Banana Crepes
This banana filling is so good! And very easy to make, I especially like that I can make it in the same pan after I'm done with with crepes. I like to top the crepes off with a dollop of sweetened cream cheese (a mix of cream cheese, milk, vanilla, & powdered sugar, which also makes a great filling that can be made up in advance or used with leftovers the next day).

Tiramisu Bowl
Ok, so it's not the real thing, but its a great alternative with ingrediants that you have on-hand. After reading other reviews, I desided to make mine with Kahluha Liquor, instead of coffee. Very tasty! (Its much sweeter than I remember the real thing.) Make sure the cream cheese is blended fully, I was in a hurry, so it came out a little lumpy.

Mango Cashew Salad
Very different, but good. Gotta say the it could look "prettier," the Baslamic Vin. gave it all a brownish color, (atleast you couldn't tell the apples were starting to brown). Unfortatily my mangos were pretty tart, so I had to add A LOT of sugar to sweeten it up. I made it up the night before (which allowed for a nice melding of flavors) but added the cashews right before serving to keep them crunchy. The cashews definitely make the salad. Definity will make this one again, once my mangos are ripe and sweet.
