I have always followed the standard recipe of ketchup, onions and green peppers. After making this I will never go back to that boring recipe. This has so much flavor and most of the ingredients are in the fridge. These are really Super sloppy joes.

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs

Tzatziki Sauce II

I have always thought I made a great gyros sauce, but after I made this recipe, I threw mine away. I don't know if it's the mint because no one else had it in the other recipes or the yogurt. This is the best gyros sauce I have ever tasted, including restaurants. I have made it so many times I have the recipe in my head. Thanks

Chutney Chicken

I didn't have thighs so I used legs, this is so easy, it tastes like you spent a long time preparing it. The flavor is so different from the other seasonings I'm so used to using. Thanks, this is one to save for that last minute company that you want to impress.

Mediterranean Crusted Chicken

This was so impressive, but better yet it was sooo good! I doubled the recipe for extra guests and I actually hid a few pieces for lunch the next day, it is now in my recipe box. Thanks suzanne.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

This is THE BEST shrimp marinade I have ever tasted, its quick and easy to prepare, and its even good cold. I find it hard to prepare shrimp any other way.

Coconut Shrimp I

The closest place to get Coconut Shrimp is at The Outback 45 miles away. Since I have been making this recipe we have not had to leave home, they are that good!! I have not changed a thing in this recipe because "if it ain't broke why try to fix it. Thanks Sandy

Guinness® Corned Beef

For someone who has always boiled corned beef, this was a stretch, because of the ratings I had to try it. I will never boil corned beef again, this really does melt in your mouth Thanks, Sandy

Brown Sugar Smokies

This a great recipe for a snack when you don't feel like a big meal. I also used toothpicks and put them in a freezer bag with a cup of brown sugar for and hour. Just too good to be that easy! Will make again and again, thanks

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Rockin' Oysters Rockefeller

I loved this recipe, let alone tasting great, in boiling them it was so easy to open the oysters and I was surprised to see they were still raw. I will definitely make these again! Sandy
