All Day Apple Butter
I used 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of apple pie spice (next time I'll try two of the apple pie spice). I also used Splenda since I try to eat low carb and only used 3 cups because thats all I had left. The results were AMAZING!! The finished product tasted like a candy apple almost. I will say that I had to cook it MUCH longer than indicated as it was very watery. Probably 16 hours with the lid on and about 2 hours with it off. It still was somewhat watery I'm not sure why but not too bad. I love it on low calorie bryers ice cream-incredible.
