Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

Made this for a house-ful of people and everyone loved it. Only change I made was to use day old french bread cut into chunks instead of the croutons.

WONDERFUL! They aren't kidding. I made this for my daughters' first communion luncheon and everyone commented on it and wanted the recipe. Only change I made was substituting celery for the chutney. Don't know where to find chutney, but it tasted so good without it I don't care where you find chutney.

Saucy Chicken and Asparagus

Pretty good recipe. I used mozzarella instead of cheddar and sprinkled it on before putting the sauce on the chicken. I found that there is no need to precook the asparagus or chicken. They both turn out perfect by adding about 10 minutes to the bake time.

Mall Pretzels

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Cracker Pork Chops

Spanish Garlic and Vegetable Soup

This soup has a very nice texture. It actually looks like mashed butternut squash when it's done. I needed to add two teaspoons of salt and half teaspoon of pepper, and I discovered that a little sprinkling of ground allspice as it is served makes it just perfect.

Greek Style Potatoes

This recipe is great! It is super easy and I like the fact that it doesn't have the heavy ingredients (cream, butter, cheese)that so many potato recipes have. Plus it is so flavorful.
