I love reading the reviews and getting tips from those that have made it already. I dearly love to bake and make mexican dishes. Anything in the crockpot is wonderful as well :) Christmas morning is always a crockpot breakfast that is put on the night before so it's all ready in the morning. It's great to not worry about cooking in the morning, I love spending that time lounging with the family. I won 1st prize in a family freeze off with the Lemon Ice I recipe I got from this site. That would be that sugar cookie icing I got from here that would NOT get "ungooey" ;)
