Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
OUTSTANDING! I dredged the chicken in cornstarch, and deglazed the pan with a bit of sherry and chicken broth. One tablespoon of hot sauce (habenero) was plenty.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken
I did not care for this recipe. It created too much liquid and basically boiled the chicken, boiling away any flavor. The resulting juice was bland and the chicken fell apart and I had to fish out all the bones. I could have added salt and pretended it was a soup, but it tasted icky.

Caribbean Jerk Stir-Fry
Tasty with some nice heat. I'm happy for a new way to use the jerk sauce that seems to sit in my fridge for ages. I used boneless chicken thighs, and added extra veggies to the stir fry: Celery, carrots and broccoli. I had hoisin sauce on hand and used it in place of the plum sauce, and omitted the peanuts. Yum!
