This was so easy and delicious! I followed the recipe, but substituted beef broth for the water and reduced fat sour cream for the cream cheese. I added a little garlic powder, salt, and pepper (it's not listed in the recipe, but I think it's a given). Next time I'll make sure to add some mushrooms at the end. I cooked it on low for about 6 hrs and the meat was so tender and juicy!
