Easy Spinach Casserole

I'm giving this one 4 stars b/c my boyfriend really liked it, but I just thought it was okay.. I added chili paste to make it a little spicy, but that was the only thing I changed. I wasn't a huge fan of the color either.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

The only changes I made were to add chopped celery and carrot and about 1/4 bag of mixed veggies. It was filling, but kind of bland.. maybe because I used low sodium soups and light sour cream? It needed a little more flavor- maybe adding some chopped rosemary (or another herb) before baking.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

I love this recipe. I made it with 3/4 c. applesauce and 1/4 c. oil as another person suggested. I also used about 3/4c. sugar instead of the full cup and it still came out moist and delicious!

Madi's Mushrooms

These were very good with crackers. I added some fresh, chopped cilantro once they had cooled a little and it added a really nice flavor (and color!).

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

Really good recipe. I made it as the directions stated and marinated the chicken overnight- loved it! I served it with rice mixed with cilantro.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Excellent! Made it for my boyfriend and he ate 4 bowls. I added zucchini, mushrooms, and I meant to add diced tomatoes but completely forgot about them. This is a new favorite recipe- thanks!

Trinidad Stewed Chicken

Made this with my boyfriend the other day and we both loved it. I used a food processor to grind the ingredients for the marinade and then marinated the chicken for about 1.5 hrs.

Easy Rosemary Chicken

This is such a quick and easy dinner- and it's great for leftovers. I thin the sauce with a little milk and some chicken broth and also add rice to the dish.

Savory Pumpkin Soup

Very tasty. This soup is more like a bisque and it is much better the second day (leave it in the fridge overnight for the flavors to blend). Top it with some mozzerella cheese and it's great! I'm making this for a Thanksgiving appetizer and I'll serve it in tiny pumpkins.
