Chickpeas in Tomato Sauce With Feta and Wine
This is one of my favorite side dish recipes. I use a small can (8oz) of tomato sauce instead of the diced tomatoes and I serve it over rice or chicken. Really delicious- especially the next day!

Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak
The flavor of this dish was okay, but definitely add the vegs in the last 2-3 hours of cooking. I followed the recipe (but browned the meat first) and the veggies turned into a mushy mess at the bottom of the slow cooker. I think my slow cooker was also a little too big- the liquid didn't cover the meat and I think that made it a little tough.

Bourbon Chicken
I made this last night with chicken thighs and it was amazing. We broiled it for a little bit at the end and it gave it a nice crust.
